EMSENS ECB01

The Emsens ECB01 is a fully automatic skewer machine for round, square and rectangular skewers. Handling skewer selection, mold holding, skewering and meat cutting in a compact 1,500 x 800 mm footprint, the ECB01 produces up to 1,000 skewers/hour. RFID technology automatically recognises tooling, enabling instant format changeover with zero mechanical intervention.
