FoodPack Basic is a small, easy-to-use, semi-automatic machine which is ideal for companies and businesses with space problems or for those who decide to set up new production operations with a modest financial outlay.
The FoodPack Basic model allows companies to perform operations such as sealing only and vacuum and modified atmosphere packaging (MAP)
The E-Mec model, which was elaborated from the Basic model, has the same functional and application features but is equipped with a fully electro-mechanical motion system.
E-Mec technology allows companies to attain higher speeds and greater productivity while reducing the mechanical stress of components. Moreover, it reduces the consumption of compressed air and limits noise emissions, thus benefitting the staff who operate the machines.
Rotobasic is a table-top model, having the same features as the Basic model, although with a manual two-station rotary table, which allows performing tray loading/unloading operations on one station while sealing and cutting are carried out in the other unit.
Thus the cycle time is considerably reduced.
The moulds of this model are perfectly compatible with those of the Basic model.
FoodPack Energy is the best solution for more specialized applications after FP Basic.
FoodPack Energy is also available in its Roto Energy version with rotary table: this model allows loading/unloading of packed trays on one station while sealing/cutting operations take place on the other, increasing the yield of your production.

With FoodPack 400 Extra Roto, Ilpra intends to offer a flexible solution in terms of packaging type and ease of use. Compact and ideal for small and medium productions, this tray sealer with rotary table allows loading/unloading of the packed trays on one station while the sealing/ cutting operations are carried out on the other. In this way, the execution time of a complete work cycle is considerably reduced.
