The FP UNO is a manual traysealer for plastic trays. The machine is suitable for food packaging environments and is made of stainless steel with anodized aluminum parts. The operation is very simple.
Once ideal temperature is established, the operator only has to close the sealing plate with each cycle to complete thermo welding between the materials. The sealed tray can then be removed by the operator and replaced by the next. At each closing of the plate the machine performs a transverse cut of the film.
In order to obtain an aesthetically pleasing result, the width of the coil must correspond to the width of the tray to be welded.
