A semi-automatic machine for square and rectangular kebabs: operators load the moulds and the machine skewers them, at about 40 kg/h per person and up to 250 kg/h.

Operators put the skewers into the skewer tube assembly and fill the mould. The ESA01 skewers automatically, and the kebabs are then cut by hand with a dedicated knife. It runs on compressed air and stands on castors.
