The cylinders load automatically from a stock of 8, then pass through an alternating cutter and a cutting disk that produces strips from 4 to 11 mm in section. No operator is needed to keep it loaded.

The MDL01 cuts strips from pork bellies loaded by hand, at about 1,500 kg/h. The MDB02 cuts from reconstituted cylinders with an 8-cylinder automatic loader, at about 2,100 kg/h.
